Mária Čírová’s Christmas concert is one of the biggest December concerts in Slovakia — a full arena and, backstage, VIP guests, partners and family. Our task was simple to state and demanding in detail: VIP guests in the backstage should feel like on a Christmas visit, not at a catering.

How it was made
The brief
VIP catering and a lounge for the artist’s guests and concert partners — before the show, during the break and after, on two concert dates. A Christmas atmosphere matching the concert’s visual identity.
The VIP zone
A backstage lounge with cocktail tables, a bar and a photo wall with a large red velvet bow and a fir wreath — guests took photos with Mária there before and after the concert. Flowers and a cake with white feathers as part of the congratulations.
Catering
A Christmas finger-food menu with the focus on presentation: reindeer canapés on skewers, bites in cups on dark trays, sweets and drinks at the bar — everything made to be eaten standing, in evening wear, with a glass in hand.
The evening
Service and replenishing all evening without staff disturbing the meetings with the artist; quick re-sets of the lounge between guest arrival, the break and the final congratulations. A short backstage and arena video for social media.
