A private event follows different rules than a corporate one: the guests are family and friends, and the host wants to be with them instead of managing suppliers. That is why we work in a small team, discreetly and with the same production discipline we apply to corporate events.
- Venue selection and rental, from a manor house or winery to a private residence, including site visits
- Catering and beverage service to the host's brief, with dietary needs and allergens covered
- Technical production: sound, lighting, a stage for the band or DJ, ambient lighting
- Programme, host, music and performers matched to the character of the celebration
- Guest logistics: invitations, RSVP, transport, accommodation and the running order of the evening
- Discretion of the whole team, non-disclosure agreements and access control on request
Private events also run in EventPixel OS, where the host sees the plan, budget, timeline and final report in one place. If you want professional photo and video coverage or creator content, the same team prepares it.
