Frequently asked questions
Frequently Asked Questions
If you can't find your answer here, get in touch — we reply within 1–2 working days.
What types of events do you organise?
Corporate events, conferences, team buildings, family days, weddings, festivals and public events — we cover 14 areas from creative concept to equipment, catering and staffing, so we can handle most of it under one roof.
How much does it cost to organise an event through EventPixel?
We can only give you an exact price after an initial workshop — it depends on the scope, guest numbers, venue and the services you choose. Send us a few words about your event through the contact form and we'll prepare an indicative budget.
How long does planning an event take?
You'll have a first concept within 5–7 working days of the initial workshop. Total preparation time then depends on scope — a typical corporate event can be ready within a few weeks, while larger roadshows or conferences take longer.
Do you handle equipment too, or just production?
We have our own technical inventory — LED walls, sound, lighting, show control and interactive technology — so you don't need to book equipment from a separate supplier. We handle catering and staffing the same way, through a single point of contact.
What exactly is the Influencer Marketplace?
EventPixel's own platform where you can browse verified influencers by real reach (not follower count), or list an open campaign that influencers apply to directly. You'll find it at /influenceri and /kampane.
Does EventPixel have a client portal?
Yes — once logged in, you have your enquiries, event schedule, documents, invoices and direct communication with the project team all in one place, without endless email chains.
What if we need to cancel or postpone the event?
Cancellation and postponement terms are set out in the terms and conditions attached to your specific offer — we always try to find a solution that doesn't burden either side.
Do you work with short notice?
Yes, but the scope we can deliver depends on the availability of equipment and the team — the sooner you reach out, the more options we have.
Who is our contact during delivery?
One assigned project manager, available throughout the whole event — plus a backup contact in case the main manager is unreachable.
How can we contact you?
The fastest way is the form on the Contact page, or directly to a team member depending on the type of event — you'll find contacts at /kontakt.
