What the programme includes

Four parts, one event

Measurements right at the workplace

Blood pressure, blood glucose, BMI and cholesterol — every employee gets indicative results on the spot along with a recommendation on whether and when to see a doctor. Measurements are carried out exclusively by licensed medical staff, discreetly and without more than a few minutes' wait.

A short talk by a doctor

A 15–20 minute talk tailored to your company — the most common topics are prevention of lifestyle diseases, stress management, sleep and recovery, or nutrition at the office. The topic can be chosen in advance based on what matters most to your team.

Ergonomics consultation

A physiotherapist advises right at the desk or on site — monitor and chair setup, correct lifting technique in a warehouse or during manual work. Short, individual consultations, no extra theory.

A healthy coffee break

Seasonal fruit, low-sugar options, gluten-free and vegan alternatives — with clear allergen labelling. The coffee break runs throughout the event, so there's no need to set aside separate time outside the measurements.
