Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously. This document explains what personal data we process about you, why, for how long, and what rights you have in this regard under the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data.
1. Who is the controller
The controller, which determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data, is VitaCore s. r. o., with its registered office at Matúšova 8027/54, 811 04 Bratislava – Staré Mesto, Company ID: 56 093 667, Tax ID: 2122201774, registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III District Court, section Sro, entry no. 176563/B (hereinafter “we" or “EventPixel"). 2. What data we process and for what purpose
a) Inquiry via contact form or service‑page form
We process the name, e‑mail, telephone and the content of your message. Purpose: to handle your inquiry and prepare a price quotation. Legal basis: performance of measures prior to contract conclusion at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
b) Event execution for a client (guests, name lists, invitations)
If a client orders an event organization from us, we process the name, e‑mail and/or telephone of the event guests—for the purpose of preparing name lists, printed entry lists and sending invitations. Legal basis: the legitimate interests of the client and EventPixel in the smooth conduct of the event (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or the performance of a contract with the client.
c) Influencer and content creator applications (creator applications)
We process the name, contact details, social media links and portfolio that you provide in the application. Purpose: assessment of suitability for cooperation. Legal basis: pre‑contractual negotiations at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
d) Users of the client portal
If your company cooperates with us on a longer‑term basis, we process the name, work e‑mail, telephone and the company name of the contact person for the purpose of project management, communication and invoicing. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
e) Contract documentation (contracts, NDAs, consents, lease agreements)
For certain projects we generate documents containing personal data of the contracting parties (e.g., name, address, contact details). Purpose: legal safeguarding of the cooperation. Legal basis: performance of the contract, or where applicable the consent of the data subject under GDPR consents.
f) Billing and accounting data
Billing data are processed for accounting purposes. Legal basis: fulfillment of a legal obligation (e.g., Act No. 431/2002 Coll. on Accounting, Act No. 222/2004 Coll. on VAT).
g) Photographs and video from events
If photographic/video documentation of the event is part of the ordered service, material containing images of persons present at the event is processed based on the instructions and consent of the client organizing the event; should we wish to use such material for our own presentation/marketing by EventPixel, a separate consent will be required.
3. How long we retain the data
- Inquiries and unimplemented offers: up to 12 months from the last contact, unless you request earlier deletion.
- Contractual and invoicing documentation: for the period required by law (generally 10 years from the end of the tax period to which it relates, in accordance with the accounting and VAT laws).
- Data related to a specific event (guests, invitations): for the duration of the contractual relationship with the client and the necessary period after its termination for possible complaints or disputes.
- Applications from influencers/content creators that do not result in cooperation: up to 12 months from the submission of the application.
4. To whom we disclose the data
We do not provide your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes and we do not sell it. Access to the data is limited to authorized members of our team to the extent necessary to fulfill the stated purposes. The website and email communication run on Websupport hosting servers in the European Union — we do not transfer your data to countries outside the EU/EEA.
5. Automated decision‑making
We do not carry out automated individual decision‑making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

7. Your rights
In relation to the processing of your personal data you have the right to:
- to access your personal data,
- to rectify inaccurate or incomplete data,
- to erase data (“right to be forgotten”),
- to restrict processing,
- to data portability,
- to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- to withdraw consent at any time, if processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal,
- to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, located at Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, if you believe that the processing of your data violates the GDPR.

8. Data Security
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, corresponding to the nature and scope of the processed data.
9. Changes to this document
We may update this Policy from time to time, for example, when the scope of our services changes. The current version is always published on this page together with the date of the last update.
