Frequently asked questions

How much does a creator account cost?

Nothing. The account and profile are free for creators; the agency charges a commission on a collaboration only when a campaign is realised, always agreed in advance.

What is the VITAL score?

A combined indicator of fit, credibility and price estimate that the system calculates from your profile and collaboration history. Brands see it with every application, so follower count alone does not decide.

Do I need a manager?

No. You use the account yourself. If an agency represents you, its manager registers separately and you grant access.

When do I get paid?

After content approval you issue an invoice in the portal with one click and follow the payment status. For the e-shop the commission is split automatically with every order.
