How quickly do we get the first concept?
Within 5–7 working days of the workshop, sooner for simpler events.
What if we don't like the concept?
Two rounds of revisions are included in the price. Further changes beyond that we can agree on separately.
Do you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?
Yes, on request we'll sign an NDA before the first workshop.
What if we need to cancel or postpone the event?
Cancellation and postponement terms are set out in the terms and conditions attached to your specific offer — we always try to find a solution that doesn't burden either side.
Do you work with short notice?
Yes, but the scope we can deliver depends on the availability of equipment and the team — the sooner you reach out, the more options we have.
Who is our contact during execution?
A single assigned project manager, available throughout the event.
