Smaller corporate event (up to 50 guests)
- Recommended lead time: 4–6 weeks
- Includes venue selection, catering and basic equipment
Medium event or team building (50–150 guests)
- Recommended lead time: 6–10 weeks
- More room to fine-tune the programme, host and tailored equipment
Conference or larger corporate event (150+ guests)
- Recommended lead time: 3–4 months
- Time needed to book the venue, coordinate multiple suppliers and prepare a detailed schedule
Seasonal peaks
- December (Christmas parties) and June (team buildings, family days) are the busiest months — we recommend booking your date as early as possible
- High-demand equipment (LED walls, sound systems for large venues) is worth booking well ahead even outside peak season
