How early should we book an event in Prague?
For conferences and larger parties we recommend 8 to 12 weeks, as good venues in Prague fill up early. A smaller team building can be arranged within 4 weeks.
How are prices and invoicing handled for an event in Prague?
The price comes from the specific venue and suppliers, not from the country. We invoice from Slovakia in euros, with VAT according to the client's registered seat, and communicate in English, Slovak, Czech and German.
Do we get one contact person for the whole event, including influencers?
Yes, one production manager is responsible for your event in Prague and manages the technology, venue, catering and the cooperation with content creators.
